This is my own recipe. Inspired by my daughter Gina (Bean), who has never been much of a meat eater, and it trying to go totally meatless. All seasonings are 'to taste'. After I make it, I put a little more cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar. I happened to have the green onions and only used the green tops. I think chives would be good, or sweet red onion. I use organic vegetables, and I recommend people try to buy organic, to support organic growers, who the government would like to see out of business. That's another topic though :) Bottom line, they taste better, because they are better.

  1. Rinse kidney beans in cold water, and drain well. Place in medium glass bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and stir lightly.
