  1. I love this twist on egg salad. I like the way that the beans make it a bit heartier. The only change I made was to leave out the chopped onion, as I'm not a big fan of raw onions. I also love the reasonably sized portions. It would easily feed four in my family, but it certainly won't be left sitting around! Thanks for a great recipe!
