Kicking Buffalo Chicken Dip

Got this spicy cheesy dip from Hope a friend of mine. Yes I adapted it. Yes you can used canned chicken. Recipe can be easily halved.

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 10 ounces of chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 12 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 ounces hot sauce, use your favorite from sriracha to chipotle hot to sweet


  1. Melt cream cheese and blue cheese dressing in a pot over low heat.
  2. Place that in a large casserole.
  3. Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded chicken, and hot sauce.
  4. Give a good stir.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes until its hot a bubbly.
  6. Serve with chips, cucumber slices, pepper sticks, celery.
