      These are very good! I've never made nachos with chorizo but I enjoyed them. Very easy to make and they taste delicious! Thanks for sharing.

      Outstanding Nachos !~! I also used them on individual platters so everyone could put what they wanted too on their plate. Well, Well enjoyed.

      This is so good! My family thoroughly enjoyed it. I used andouille sausage in place of chorizo. I served this on individual plates instead of one big platter so everyone could choose their own toppings. Thanks for sharing this recipe from Emeril!
