This is a yummy homestyle dish that really rocks in flavor. Loved it
I made this for two of us using half the oil, meat and peas and ALL the spices, tomato and onion. We eat kheema dishes quite regularly (my idea of a fast simple dish). While I liked the flavour, I found it very dry. I finished ours with fresh mint (could use fresh coriander) and a generous squeeze of lemon juice which is how most of these recipes are done.
