- 8 artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 lb beef, diced
- 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and diced
- cooking oil

- Add meat and seasoning and cook at further 15 minutes.
- Add artichoke hearts and cook until tender.
