  1. My daughter absolutely loves this recipe(and she is a hard person to please). A lot of the coating will not stay on. What are we doing wrong?

Tweaks

  1. For SPICY strips, add 1 teaspoon of Ground Red Pepper.

  2. I went with 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of flour. Turned out amazing. Also, I omitted the butter and lightly sprayed the bottom of the pan and the top side of the chicken with olive oil. I guarantee that was less fat than 4 TBS of butter. The whole family, who runs from anything resembling healthy food, ate them and came back for seconds.
