KFC Pecan Pie

"I got this recipe from a small free recipe book from KFC"

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 1 9-inch pie
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 4 eggs, slightly beaten
• 236.59 ml dark corn syrup
• 0.25 ml salt
• 78.78 ml sugar
• 14.79 ml lemon juice or 14.79 ml vinegar
• 59.16 ml butter, melted
• 9.85 ml vanilla
• 157.80 ml pecan halves
• 9 inch pie shells, unbaked

directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°-350°F.
2. Mix together the first seven ingredients.
3. Stir in pecan halves.
4. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell Bake 35-40 minutes.
