  • Peel potatoes and cut into 2 inch cubes.
  • Place potatoes in large pot, cover with sugar, brown sugar and butter cook over medium heat until potatoes are for tender (approx 20 mins) but not mushy.

Tweaks

  1. I have used this recipe for years. Instead of dark brown sugar, I use regular brown sugar. I'm glad to see it listed on this website.
