I used a nice 1 1/2 to 2" thick piece of grouper, and this was just fabulous! Loved the lime juice with this....it complimented the other flavors perfectly. Since my fish was so thick, it was almost 8 ounces so halved the rest of the ingredients to serve one. Cooked a bit longer because of the thickness, but just by a couple of minutes. So tasty and so easy! I used butter crackers instead of saltines because I had some on hand, otherwise made as directed. I was skeptical about the lime with the other flavors but it was really good. I used tilapia and the fish was perfectly cooked in 20 minutes. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

We also used tilapia. I forgot to mix in the garlic, and sprinkled it on top with the lime juice. My son really liked the lime juice instead of lemon. Thanks for posting!
We really enjoyed this recipe for baked fish. I made as directed as far as the ingrediants and it was a perfect combination and amount of breading for 5 small Tailpia fillets. I baked my fish for 20 minutes at 375 degrees then turned the oven to broil to brown the top for about 2 -3 minutes. Loved the lime juice as I usually use lemon. Made this for New Kids on the Block and I am glad I did. I cut the recipe in half and seasoned my tilapia with old bay seasoning and followed the rest of the instructions. Definately a keeper.
I used flounder, but next time will use a firmer fish. I too enjoyed the citrus flavor! Easy and fairly quick too! Thanks. Made for Best of 2013 game.
