  1. This is terrific! I made it twice today. At lunchtime, I followed the recipe. It was delicious, but a little bit too sweet for my tastes. My kids didn't want to drink it (because they didn't trust the color? had seen me put in spinach? I don't know!) but right now they are happily enjoying popsicles made of version #1. I just made a new batch with no grape juice concentrate and upped the banana to 2 and frozen (no ice). Yummmmmm!!! Looking forward to having this again! Thanks! 2. Awesome and healthy! I cut it in half 2 make 2 servings: 1/4 lime, just under 2 cups frozen green grapes, flax meal/oat bran mixture, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/3 C cooked spinach, no ice bcz of the frozen fruit and no pineapple. I have a Bosch blender, so I needed to use, probably, 6 oz of (apple) juice to get it to blend and I got little bits of the lime skin, so I will peel next time. Very key limey! My 5 yo smoothie lover loves it too. I put this into my book#234006.
