Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
  • 12 cup key lime juice or 12 cup persian lime juice
  • 1 drop green food coloring
  • 1 drop yellow food coloring
  • 24 baked miniature phyllo cups
  • fat-free whipped topping (optional)
  • wedged lime (optional)

Directions

  1. The lime wedges should be very thin. the food colors are also optional however if using use both.
  2. For filling, whisk the milk, lime peel, juice and color.
  3. Cover and chill 2 hours or until filling mounds slightly.
  4. Spoon about 1 tbsp into each phyllo shell. Top with whipped topping and wedged lime.

I made these for my daughters graduation party and they were a huge success. Easy to make and oh so yummy. I didn't add the food coloring and the lime zest added a wonderful flavor. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
