Super simple and delish kettle corn!
- Pour olive oil into large saucepan. Add unpopped popcorn. Cover and heat over high heat.
- When first kernel pops, open cover and add sugar. Cover immediately.
- Shake pan vigorously until popping slows to less than 1 pop per 3 seconds, being careful not to allow popcorn to scorch.
- Immediately pour into large bowl. Salt to taste. Toss to break up clumps.
Delicious! Made exactly as recipe said. Did not burn like I read other people mention in similar reviews. I think the trick is constantly shaking the pot. Will make this one often!
Simple. Easy. Delicious. What more can I say? Oh ya! Only that it's WAY better than microwave popcorn! :)
I selected this recipe as a tag for PAC 2008. This was a good recipe to have, as I love Kettle Korn and find it ready made so seldom. It was an easy recipe to make. Now, I am truly spoiled.
