Make at home without preservatives, this is a basic recipe that you can add what you like to change taste.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, use any you want crushed, whole etc
  • 34 cup vinegar
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons salt, kosher is my favorite
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 cup honey, local raw is best


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour.
  4. If it is the consistency that you like (not to runny) then remove from heat.
  5. Pour into a bottle with tight fitting lid and place in refrigerator.
  6. Enjoy.
