The high today was 15 degrees and this recipe warmed me up from the inside out. I used the clear Creme de Cacao and it turned out very good. I think I'll skip the extra cocoa next time, but this recipe is a keeper. Would be really good after a long day skiing/snowmobiling!

My hot cocoa was so chocolate rich, I could barely taste the bourbon! This is an outstanding cocoa!
