Excellent variation of regular cornbread. Ummmmm delicious!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 14 cups self-rising cornmeal
  • 12 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Fold in sour cream.
  3. Pour into greased large black skillet.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
