  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. 2. Saute Onions Celery Carrots Garlic and Turkey till tender.
  3. 3. Mix Eggs and Chicken stock together.
  4. 4. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl adding wet mixture last.
  5. 5. Grease muffin tins and fill with mixture until just overflowing lightly packed.
  6. 6. Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp on top!
