Kenny's Broccoli Supreme Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 cups chopped broccoli , cooked and drained
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (plus some for topping)
• 1 (10 ¾ ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1 egg , lightly beaten

Topping Ingredients

• 1 cup crushed corn flakes
• 2 -3 tablespoons butter , melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Mix well. Place the mixture in a prepared baking dish. Top with the crushed flakes and pour the melted butter evenly over the flakes. Sprinkle additional cheese over corn flakes to just cover. Bake for 35 minutes or until set and browned.
