I whipped up this dish tonight- the cupboards are bare and payday's still two days away... I began throwing things together that I could find. My son and I crossed our fingers, took a bite, and were pleasantly surprised! It was really tasty, and very, very filling! Recommended for those cooks like myself on a tight budget!

  1. In large saucepan, cook the rice as directed to produce 3 cups.
  2. Boil the eggs.
  3. When ready, peel and slice using egg slicer.
  4. Add tuna, Cream of Mushroom soup, eggs, margarine, salt and pepper to the rice.
  5. Mix well and serve.
