We would have liked this one better without the corn. Thanks for posting!

Really good Kelly!!! Perfect comfort food and it came together quickly! I left out the onions, cuz I have a really picky eater. And also the thyme, cuz I don't care for it much. But other than that, perfecto!

Pure "Comfort Food" at its best! This is the best Goulash I have ever tasted and is SO easy to prepare. I used 4 cloves of fresh minced garlic in the ground beef (step 1) and garlic powder in the sauce (step 3). I used co-jack cheese because I had it on hand; next time I will use mozzarella. Thanks Kelly for this keeper! JT'sMom

This was a great change from our usual goulash. It seemed like a lot of ingredients but it went together super fast...Loved it - it goes in the repeat file!

I love anything with corn in it! This is like spaghetti with macaroni noodles instead of spaghetti noodles, and corn mixed in. This is great! I used half the ground beef, onion, and green pepper so it would be a little less robust. I used only 1/2 tsp of oregano just because I'm not a big oregano fan. I might even try using the sauce minus corn for a spaghetti or lasagna sauce in the future - it's that good. I love the ooey gooey cheese on top of the steaming hot plate of the goulash. Like another reviewer I used some kind of jarred tomato/basil pasta sauce. You could probably use whatever sauce you like. I tried but could not find parmesan/romano sauce. Who cares! This was simply delicious! I will be craving this dish in the near future.

We really enjoyed the seasoning in this goulash. Yummy! I used only 1lb beef, 2 or 3 cups of frozen corn, and Hunts spaghetti sauce with some fresh grated parmesan. It was a little too soupy for us, so next time I'll either add more macaroni or use only 1 jar of sauce. (I like the way it looks in PanNan's picture!) Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Because of my long work day, I've been looking for quick, but tasty and satisfying meals. This recipe fit the bill, and when I asked DH what he thought about it, he said "give it six stars and don't lose the recipe". That about says it all!
I only had 1 1/3 lbs of ground beef on hand, and 1 jar of tomato basil marinara sauce, but I kept the same quantities of everything else, so mine was probably a little dryer with less meat per bite, and a little more seasoning per bite, but totally delicious anyway.
Thanks for sharing this, Kelly.
