A wonderful and easy to make sausage gravy.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups milk
  • 12 ounces Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 14 cup flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper


  1. Brown the sausage.
  2. Remove sausage with slotted spoon.
  3. add butter to sausage drippings and melt.
  4. Add flour to butter and mix.
  5. add milk and sausage to mixture and cook for 15 minutes over medium/high heat until thick.
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over biscuits or country fried chicken or steak.
