Delicious! I was a bit uncertain about using the eggs when I first read the recipe...but they went well with thre rest. I loved the suggestion of using cumin in the couscous. Thanks!

Used this to entertain some guest, loved it! Followed recipe exactly, except I forgot to stir in the eggs. Didn't miss it...next time I will remember to add them in. Took your suggestion and served over cumin/black pepper couscous..YUM!!

I just came back from a holliday in Morocco a couple of weeks ago and I missed kefta tajine. So i sourced the net and found this website. Took down the recipe, and I just tried it today. It's delicious. Everyone at home said it's delicious!
