This low everything burger is not low on flavor. Enjoy and know you are eating healthy.
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup all-bran cereal, crushed
- 1⁄4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 egg
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions See How It's Made
- In a bowl or plastic bag, mix the cereal, barbecue sauce, water, and salt and pepper. let the mixture stand for 2-3 minutes to soften the cereal.
- Add the ground beef along with the egg and mix well. Form into patties and grill until done to your level of perfection.
