  1. The best Banana Bread I have ever tasted. It is moist and delicious. I took a small piece out of the oven and had to stop myself from eating more. I made it at the request of a friend and he thought it was the best too! It was easy to put together; I had 3 bananas that were at the end of their time and were perfect for this easy and delicious recipe.

  2. IMPRESSIVE! I had 3 bananas that were marching quickly towards their graves couldn't bear to see them go in the trash. Bananas are a favorite around this house! I hate trying to put something together to bake though and it usually takes me a long time. Not this one...took me 13 minutes to prep. Always happy to find a yummy recipe that takes very little time! Thanks so much!

  3. Great recipe!! I made only minor changes; such as I used self-rising flour so that the baking powder and baking soda weren't needed. (I always use self-rising flour.) Also, I had more bananas on hand that were very ripe...I used 4 large and 1 medium. I didn't use any of the optional ingredients. Very nice. Will definitely make again.

  4. This is a very good basic banana bread. It has great flavor and is very moist, despite being relatively low in fat. I used more bananas (about 1 1/2 cups mashed) and skipped the optional ingredients. As with many breads like this, it was better the second day. Thanks for sharing Katy's recipe! :)
