There seems to be something wrong with the quantities or servings. 100 pounds of dried beans would make much more than 120 servings! And what size pot would you use? I would not even attempt this as written

Twice we tried to work this out for our boy scout camp, the first time after starting we knew it was not going to work and had to dump it into several pots and had to rework it to get something more like a stew. The second time we tried the amounts with what seemed like enough liquids (water, beer, and tomato juice) and tried to work inchopped tomatoes garlic, anything and everything. Nothing worked. It was a waste of time and money. I'm sorry, it was bad beyond compare.
