Great blend of spices coating the potatoes and we really enjoyed the flavor of the sour cream. Very unique recipe and one we will make again and again.

So glad I stumbled across this recipe. Never have tried tossing potatoes in sour cream then baking, so had to try it. So much flavor from the sour cream and the spice mix was spot on. Mine did need another 10 minutes to get good and soft on the inside, nice and crispy outside. Great recipe, thanks for posting!

Wow! how perfect are these spuds. My dh & I were in heaven. These oven fried potatoes had so much flavor. The olive oil and sour cream blend were the perfect canvas for all those great spice and herb, which all blended beautifully together, creating a lovely spicy treat. The spuds were crispy and crunchy on the outside and oh so tender on the inside. Best of all they were quick and really easy to make. Thanks for sharing another winner with us Anna. Into my keeper box this recipe goes. I will be including this recipe in my Favorites of 2011, cookbook.

What a great combination of flavours, all with minimum effort.
DH and I love this type of food on the weekend, after a week of being (almost!) virtuous. DH especially, loves his fries and wedges, and is very critical.
I loved the fact that they were coated in sour cream and oil,and it really does help the spice mix adhere to the wedges beautifully, plus the mix of spices was devilishly good.
We loved them so much that we made them on Friday and Saturday night...YUM!
Thanks Annacia-made for PRMR.

I loved the idea of using sour cream to coat the potatoes and make the spices stick..I cut down the chilli powder to 1 tsp which was plenty spicy enough for us and after 25 mins baking the spuds were still a bit hard so I ended up cooking mine for about 45 mins..a lovely simple way to jazz up some home-made wedges..Thanks for posting!

I really loved this. I think I may reduce the temp next time for my oven...it seems to cook a little hotter than most! The seasonings were delicious, and I loved the coating of sour cream and olive oil. Thanks so much for posting. Made for Zaar 123 Hits Tag.

Yummy potatoes! My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. It was simple to make too. It had a little hint of spice without being hot. Very nice. Made for PRMR Tag.

It was very good and I have leftovers :P I omitted ground coriander cause I didn't have it. I was generous with the 2 tbs of chives :) I peeled the potatoes cause I don't like the peel. Thanks Annacia. Made for Photo tag :)
