Easy and fast soup that pleases almost everybody. From my friend's mom Kathie. When I asked what her soup was called she said, I just call it "Good Soup"
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 (17 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel Tomatoes
- 2 (15 ounce) cans ranch style beans
- 2 (19 ounce) cans minestrone soup, Progresso
- Cook hamburger and drain fat.
- Add onion and brown.
- Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil.
Since there is only me eating your soup I decided to use half of everything. And I used Campbell minestrone Soup since that was in my cabinet. It was easy and fast just like you said and it was so delicious. Your recipe deserves 5 stars. Thanks for sharing it. MARY IN LA
I made this for my uncle to have after finishing a chemo treatment and not feeling like cooking for himself. He said it was the best soup he's had. I did add a good dose of garlic salt and onion salt to the hamburger meat as it was browning with the onion. Good stuff. Thanks.
Can not believe I have not commented on this soup. I made it once for my dad and his buddies. They loved it so much, I have made it about 10 times. It makes ALOT! I just brown the hamburgerand onions and dump it and the rest of the ingreds in a crockpot. Easy, easy
