- 473.18 ml yoghurt (500 ml)
- 44.37 ml raisins, washed and dried (60gms)
- 2 walnuts, shelled and finely chopped
- 14.79 ml caster sugar
- 29.58 ml hot water
- 8 piece saffron, soaked in the hot water
- Place yoghurt in a bowl.
- Whip it well with a wooden spoon.
- Add all the ingredients to the yoghurt.
- Serve chilled.
