- 2 cups yoghurt (500 ml)
- 3 tablespoons raisins, washed and dried (60gms)
- 2 walnuts, shelled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 8 pieces saffron, soaked in the hot water
- Place yoghurt in a bowl.
- Whip it well with a wooden spoon.
- Add all the ingredients to the yoghurt.
- Serve chilled.
Its tooooo good to resist and once you start having it you can''t stop!!
