      Its been a long time since I made potato bread and forgot how much I loved it. The smell was heavenly and the taste perfect. Very happy with this recipe!! ZWT6

      This is a great recipe! It goes together so easy and makes 2 loaves of great potato bread. I made this on the kitchen-aid machine first and then hand kneaded the second step. The bread rose the first time in about 1-1/2 hours and about 1 hour the second time. It was fully baked in 40 minutes in my oven. The aroma is awesome and the loaves are a beautiful golden brown. Thanks so much for sharing. Made for ZWT 6.
