A delicious cole slaw. Cook time is chill time. WW 2 pts
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 cups skim milk
- 3⁄4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- Put shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a large bowl.
- Whisk together milk, mayo, sugar, and vinegar.
- Pour over cabbage.
- Stir well.
- Let chill for about an hour at least.
