Ingredients: 1 lb hamburger; 1 egg; 3/4 cup oatmeal; 1/2 onion, chopped; 1/2 green pepper, chopped; 1/4 cup milk; 1/2 teaspoon oregano; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1 tablespoon mustard

ingredients

1 lb hamburger
1 egg
³⁄₄ cup oatmeal
¹⁄₂ onion, chopped
¹⁄₂ green pepper, chopped
¹⁄₄ cup milk
¹⁄₂ teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₂ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard

directions

Mix all thoroughly.
Shape into loaf.
Top with ketchup and grated cheese. Use american or velveeta.
Bake at 375 F for 1 hour.
