I live in Tucson, Az. and love to cook and eat regional flavors. One day I when I (finally) learn to grow anything in the Southwest I would love to have a chili garden with a variety of chilis and tomatoes to make salsas. Another culinary dream is to have a few lying hens for fresh, cage-free eggs. In the Fall I also like to make applesauce and applebutter. When I have down-time I like to read, knit, sew, take walks, and hang out with my husband.
