I used the chili powder. I liked this. Not too spicy, not too hot and not too sweet. Thanks for posting.
This has become the standard rub that I use for my world famous ribs (I need to post that recipe)
I did use chili instead of the chipotle and it was plenty spicy enough for us. We really liked this on our ribs! Thanks for this one!
Wonderful! I used this on some baby back ribs and let it sit for a few hours & the flavour was delicious. This will be add to my rotation for grilling this summer. Made for Spring PAC 2008.
