Kalyn's Chipotle Ranch Dressing

• Yields: 2.5 cups

ingredients

• 473.18 ml ranch dressing
• 118.29 ml salsa (Pace mild Picante Sauce is good)
• 2.46-3.69 ml ground dried chipotle powder

directions

1. Put salsa in food processor and puree about one minute with steel blade. (Could use a blender or immersion blender.).
2. Add ranch dressing and ground chipotle and process 30 seconds more, or until well combined.

DEEEEEEElish! I used a ranch dressing dry packet and prepared it with fat-free mayo and skim milk. Instead of ground dried chipotle, I pureed 2 canned chipotle peppers with the salsa and dressing. Great with southwest chicken salad.
