Found this in a Taste of Home magazine and I love Kale, not just for the health benefits but the taste also, add to that I always have an abundance of it in my garden and knew I needed to save this one for future use

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In 6 quart stockpot, bring 1 inch of water to boil.
  2. Add kale, cook covered 10 - 15 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Remove with slotted spoon and discard cooking liquid.
  4. In same pot, heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Add tomatoes and garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.
  6. Add kale, parsley and salt; heat through, stirring occasionally.
