This super healthy snack is perfectly balanced between crispy and chewy. These chips have just the right amounts of salt and olive oil.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º. Tear the leaves from the stems and break them into bite size pieces. Wash them well, spin dry, then place on a cookie sheet.
  2. Drizzle the Kale pieces with the best quality olive oil you can find (this really does make a difference), sprinkle sea salt on top. Rub the salt and oil into the Kale and then place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Check at 8 or 9 minutes to prevent over cooking.
  3. If more is needed just double the recipe. These keep for a good while in an airtight container.
