1. I have never made kale chips before, but there'll be no stopping me now! Served alongside a halibut dish. Everyone enjoyed them.

 2. We love kale and these chips were the bomb. I did add to the recipe however - since I'm not a salt lover but DH is. On half the recipe, I used a bit of garlic salt. The rest plain for me. Good and crunchy, but you have to eat them right away.

 3. I have never had kale chips (or kale for that matter) before and was pleasantly surprised at how good they were! I did add salt before baking and cooked them for closer to 5 minutes since they didn't seem too crisp after just 2 minutes. Will make these again! Made for 2012 Spring PAC.

I live in Seattle, but have also lived in the DC area, the Mid-west, California, the South, and New England, as well as China and India plus travel a fair bit, so I have experienced a good number of cuisines and like them all. I eat mostly vegetarian and mostly do a lot of scratch cooking. I am known for my creative use of leftovers and whatever is in the fridge. Too bad those recipes can't go easily into Zaar.
