Rich chocolatey, bananay, moist and WONDERFUL. Because there is little mess it is easy to whip up a batch.
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 mashed bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips
- Beat margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and bananas together.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
- Fill muffin pan 3/4 full.
- Bake 25 mins 350 degree Farenheit oven.

I made these muffins awhile back when I was looking for a way to use up some bananas I had in the freezer. They were easy to prepare and very little mess to whip up a batch just like you said. The chocolate chips were a nice addition to the muffins.
