      Loved it!!! I made 1 serving for my breakfast this morning. Instead of applesauce I used sliced fresh strawberries and some whipped topping. Since there isn't a levening ingredient, very important to whip the egg white to get the right texture. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Photo Tag Game.

      We made this for a breakfast treat. I had to readjust my heat setting a few times as these were a bit more heat sensitive than I am accustomed to in “pancakes�. However, the family truly enjoyed them, especially topped with fruit and extra confectioners’ sugar. We used stewed berries and maple syrup since we had some left over from the crepes. Thanks for sharing. Reviewed for ZWT6.
