Such a light and fluffy dessert, so delightful, anyone can enjoy it!! This is an indulgent desert to enjoy on special occasions. For a lower fat version use light versions of Jell-o, Cool whip, and Philadelphia cream cheese spread and prepare with 1% milk.

  1. Dissolve 1 tablespoons coffee mix in hot water in small bowl; sprinkle over ladyfingers. Line bottom and side of shallow 2L dessert dish with ladyfingers.
  2. Place 1/2 cup cold milk, cream cheese and remaining coffee mix in blender container; cover. Blend on medium sped until smooth. Add pudding mix and remaining 2 cup milk; cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Carefully pour over ladyfingers. Top with whipped topping.
  3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Just before serving, sprinkle with additonal coffee mix, if desired.
