This is a wonderful sauce for dipping your fresh veggies or on a lettuce salad. It is even great as a sauce for your chicken or beef kabobs or as a marinade for your steaks.
- 1 tablespoon garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons Kahlua
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- Combine ingredients and whisk together.
- Garnish Satay with red pepper flakes and
- chopped scallions.
