- Bring water and cardamom pods to the boil and boil 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to a low simmer and add the coffee and simmer 5 minutes Add ground ginger.
- Take of heat and strain into cups. Sweeten if desired.
I love cardamom and I love coffee (must be my Scandinavian roots) and together they are pure delight! This is easy and really tasty. Thanks for this keeper! Made for ZWT 7.
