Here is a recipe that I have and it tastes just like what you get at KFC. Only problem is that 63.4% of its calories comes from fat!! So, I don't think it is legal on THIS list! LOL But it sure is yummy!

  1. Cut cabbage and carrots into small pieces about the size of rice kernels.
  2. (The food processor is great for this!) In salad bowl, combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Just ok for us !! Made as posted.. thought being fat free is a plus, we thought it could of had a little less buttermilk, and sugar, because it seemed as though it overpowered the other ingredients. Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag.
