This is a wonderful, easy plum sauce! You'll never buy store-bought again. You can add some crushed red pepper flakes if you'd like it on the spicy side.

  1. In a small saucepan,combine the soy sauce and cornstarch until the corn starch is dissolved.
  2. Add plum jam, pineapple juice and lemon juice.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat to low, simmer and stir, about 1 to 2 minutes.
