Yes....here goes another banana bread recipe into the archives. I made this 2 nights ago and it is delicious! I made it into 3 loaves and 12 muffins. The original recipe asks for 2 cups chopped nuts as well, but since I am allergic, I omitted them. It is a recipe from one of of my many church cookbooks that I own and the credit goes to Victoria Lindsay. Thanks!

  1. Grease 4 muffin tins.
  2. Cream sugar, margarine, and eggs.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add mashed bananas.
  5. Pour into tins and Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. If you want to make muffins, just start checking after 20 minutes.
