Onion rings soaked in milk and coated in seasoned flour.
- 1 large onion, cut into rings
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- Combine seasonings in the flour.
- Soak onion rings in milk.
- Coat onion rings in flour mixture. Shake off excess flour.
- Heat vegetable oil and fry onion rings.
- Lay on paper towel for draining.
