I love this stuff! I used to make it all the time when I was single and broke and too lazy/tired to figure out something to eat. I've made it with many different kinds of pasta, but always add a smidge of butter and some garlic salt. Yum!

When I was a kid we made this dish with the Creamette elbow Macaroni and a can of tomatoes. We called it Creamettes and Tomatoes and I loved it. I make it now with Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes and if you want to, add some cooked shrimp or chicken. Dinner time!

I use elbow macaroni noodles as well. Great as a quick lunch when I am either feeling really picky or don't have much in the house to make for lunch...I always have macaroni and tomato sauce in the pantry. :)
