When making this, I doubled the recipe for the 2 of us & then used a couple of frozen bananas (for a frosty chill) as well as a scoop of protein powder that I usually add to blended beverages, especially smoothies!   2. Suggestion: Can also add 8 0unces of non- fat vanilla yogurt for a breakfast on the go!
