This is the best pina colada I've ever had. If you are in KC go there and taste it. It's wonderful.
- 1 teaspoon coconut
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 1⁄4 cups scoop vanilla ice cream
- 5 ounces pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
- 1 ounce whalers dark rum
- raspberry puree
- whipped cream
- maraschino cherry
- toasted coconut
- Blend ice, coconut, pineapple juice, ice cream, pina colada mix, and rum.
- Blend until smooth.
- Swirl raspberry puree in line in glass.
- Pour in drink.
- Top with garnishes.
GUILT!!!!!! But Oh so GOOD! I blended fresh raspberries for the puree without sugar. What a great dessert! We did enjoy and I can`t imagine anyone not liking it. Thanks for the extra pounds!;)
